Patients

Mission East Dallas serves a diverse, multicultural population that is at 200 percent or less of the federal poverty guidelines (please check poverty guideline sheet to see if you qualify). Patients with ongoing special needs are evaluated for enrollment into Medicaid, State Children’s Health Insurance Plan (SCHIP), and Parkland’s Community Oriented Primary Care Program.

MED is one of ten official enrollment sites for Project Access Dallas, a network of physicians, partnering hospitals, community charity health clinics, and ancillary partners, who volunteer to care for the working poor and assist them with specialty health-care needs.

The Medical Clinic’s current hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

The Dental clinic is held on Monday, Tuesday and Thursdays from 8:00 am to 2:00 p.m. and Wednesday and Friday at varying times.

Please contact 972-682-8917 to schedule an appointment for both clinics.
